Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced electricians with various tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of security systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Learn and understand electrical codes, standards, and best practices for security system components such as CCTV, access control, burglar alarms, and more.
- Collaborate with our sales team to gather information about client requirements and support the development of solutions that meet their needs.
- Assist in the fabrication of security system components, including wiring, control panels, and sensors.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory, and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations during installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the electrical trade and the security industry.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a dedication to ongoing education and training.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from experienced electricians.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing as required by our company policies.
